BeanScape®, WSN Supervision & Control Monitor
Real time wireless sensor network supervision and control monitor
The BeanScape® is a real time WSN supervision and control monitor. It allows the users to monitor and operate in real time the BeanAir® sensor network. BeanScape® is also equipped with a smart expert system that allows users to interpret elements such as data measures or alarms related to the wireless sensor network.
-
- Server entirely dedicated to the monitoring of BeanAir® WSN
- Fully integrated WSN maintenance and installation tool
- User friendly and highly adaptable to user's environment
- Highly intuitive and easy to use GUI (Graphical User Interface)
- Real time integrated database
- Simultaneous multi network handling (Multi clients/Server)
- Highly customizable data panel board
- *.NET OPC server allowing real time access from your IT system to the BeanScape®
-
Software fully dedicated to WSN with an intuitive GUI supervision system
- Multi-client TCP/IP server, core of the BeanScape® designed to connect to one or multiple BeanGateway®
- Highly scalable and adaptable by making optimal use of the BeanScape® application.
Fully integrated data base and data back in real time
The real time database designed by BeanAir® stores all real time BeanAir® data with only little memory footprint:
- No installation is needed
- Data backup (can be activated and deactivated).
- Easily exportable data (Access, Excel, MaLab, Labview...)
Sophisticated software fully dedicated to WSN with an intuitive supervision system
The BeanScape® offers a complete and an intuitive real time display of the WSN (Tree folder representation):
- Detailed and efficient view set representing different alarm levels (4 different customizable alarm thresholds
- Automatic alarm diagnostics generated by BeanAir's expert system
- Highly customizable GUI allowing the user to name and rename components and to associate metrics (in case of sensors)
- User configurable data panel and multi-chart board.
Active supervision and monitoring system
The BeanScape® is an active monitoring system which allows the remote configuration of each and every component part of the wireless network:
- Measure configuration (Measuring mode, sampling frequency and duration, sleeping mode cycle.
- Power supply management (active or sleeping mode)
- Switch to manual or automatic radio channel with « Energy Scan » functionality (automatic setting to the best available radio channel)
- Sensor calibration interface
- Radio transmission configuration (0 dBm to +22 dBm depending on the radio platform version)
- Global or partial network maintenance
- Visualization of all the information relative to the wireless network performance: radio signal quality, PER ( Packet Error Rate)
- Battery information (battery power, internal temperature, shortcut…)
OPC server
OPC Open Process Control is an open data exchange standard initiated by the "OPC foundation" which allows "Plug and play" connections between the BeanScape® (server) and various automated components or external IT systems. Hence the user can easily integrate the BeanAir® wireless system into the existing IT system using the OPC server as an access point to the data, alarms as well as the component state. Because of the automation, versatility and standardisation integration costs are significantly lowered.
