Wireless IOT Combo Sensors | Accelerometer and Inclinometer
BeanDevice® WIFI | Wilow® X-INC

In many Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) projects, monitoring at the same time vibration and inclinations activities is crucial. Our practicalsolution is the BeanDevice® WIFI | WiLow® X-INC, the first wireless combo sensors on the market integrating high-end accelerometer and inclinometer sensors.
This wireless device is equipped with ULP (Ultra-Low-Power) WIFI technology enabling an open-standard wireless communication.

Characterized by a waterproof (IP67/Nema 6) and a lightweight aluminum casing (65x59x35mm, 220g), an ultra-low power mode (0.2 mA in battery saver mode), a built-in data logger which can reach 5 million data logs, as well as a tiny radome omni antenna enabling a maximum wireless range of 200 meters (L.O.S.), this outstanding ULP WIFI accelerometer is dedicated to Structural Health Monitoring, Condition Monitoring and many kind of industrial monitoring applications.
While the clear majority of wireless IOT sensors are not suitable for harsh industrial environment, the BeanDevice® WIFI | WiLow® X-INC integrates an innovative antenna diversity design, boosting the radio link quality in environments subject to random and diverse disturbances. The wireless range can be extended by adding third-party WIFI

HOW IT WORKS ?

Wilow® sensors can easily work with a third-party WIFI access point. Just simply connect your PC/Laptop and your Beandevice Wilow® to your WIFI Access point, and start to receive real-time data stream on your own IOT software ( thanks to MQTT) or our supervision software (BeanScape® Wilow®).

By default , our Wilow® sensors are provided with a free version of our supervision software ( BeanScape® Wilow® Lite) , users can get an access to the IOT sensor Dashboard, visualize real-time graph display ,  configure MQTT framework and backup data measurement  on a log file.

A compact wireless IOT sensor with great capabilities
This WIFI Combo sensors comes with three performant and complimentary sensors inside the same box:
-A high-performance accelerometer a very low noise operation (45 µg/√Hz for the ±2g version).
-An inclinometer sensor with great measurement repeatability  (±0.003° on full Scale for ±15B version ) with a measurement range of ±15° or ±30°
A smart energy management (USB and Energy Harvesting) allows to power supply the BeanDevice® Wilow® from the internal Lithium-Polymer rechargeable battery, USB Power Bank or from a solar panel.
Store and Forward+, a lossless data transmission mechanism, enables a large-scale deployment of WiLow® sensors on industrial applications where data transmission is critical.

The BeanScape® Wilow® (only Premium and RA versions), a supervision software dedicated to our Wireless IOT sensors comes with a complete vibration analysis report:
-Real-Time vibration and Velocity display
-Advanced vibration analysis tool: FFT, PPV (Peak Particle Velocity) on the ±2g version only,
-Amplitude measurement for structure movement monitoring
-Automatic FFT and Peak Particle Velocity reports (meeting the DIN4150-3 standard)
-Alarm generation by email when a vibration threshold is reached
